This is for clients who have never seen the therapist before. This appointment includes an inital assessment, a review of any health concerns, a treatment plan, and a massage therapy treatment. After booking this appointment, you will be sent an intake form via email to fill out prior to your treatment. **New clients please be advised that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please give your therapist 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. there is a fee of 50% of the price of treatment if notice is not given in accordance with the cancellation policy**
